This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Naples, FL. As a Bartender at Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring bar patrons receive exceptional service. Daily tasks include crafting cocktails, handling cash transactions accurately, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, and assisting with food and beverage service as needed. Creating a welcoming and professional environment for members and guests will be a key aspect of this role.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an exemplary experience for members and guests
• Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage service to craft and serve high-quality drinks and menu items
• Accuracy in Cash Handling to process payments efficiently and responsibly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is an advantage
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
