Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules;
Ensures correct portioning and serving temperatures; maintains food quality and presentation;
Cleans and maintains kitchen area; stores excess food per safe handling procedures;
Assists in ordering, receiving of food and supplies; assists in production planning and record keeping;
Adheres to safety policies and HACCP standards; reports maintenance or accidents
