Phelan Family Brands - - Responsibilities:
Read food tickets and correctly calculate and expedite completed food dishes according to longest ticket times.;
Inform managers of any long-time check per ticket time standards.;
Working knowledge of all food recipes and specs to ensure quality assurance of all food products.;
Working knowledge and consistent focus on food safety standards.;
Constantly maintain expo line in a clean and sanitary manner; stock/restock items as needed.
