Sell and serve food and beverages to guests and deliver best in class service throughout the entire guest experience.;
Have complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage menu.;
After training, serve 3 to 6 tables at a time and meet or exceed best in class standards.;
Able to consistently upsell alcohol and food items and use a computer to ring orders and process payments.;
Maintain side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant, including clearing and resetting tables quickly.
