We are looking for a Line Cook to join the Culinary Team at LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort. If you are an experienced cook with a passion for providing an excellent dining experience for guests, then we want to speak with you!

• Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and supplies
• Maintain and strictly abide by sanitation and health regulations
• Check production schedule and pars
• Transport supplies from the storeroom and stock in designated areas
• Start prep work and production of items needed for the day
• Maintain a complete knowledge of the menu items and specials to ensure the best product is being served to the guests
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and kitchen equipment
• Must be able to work nights and weekends

Starting pay is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour based on skills and experience, with overtime potential based on business needs.
