Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to standards; ensure food is served fresh, hot, and prepared with accuracy and consistency.;
Operational Excellence:
Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and well-stocked; rotate stock; maintain labeling and dating; follow safety and health regulations.;
Teamwork & Culture:
Communicate clearly with team members; support Front of House operations; contribute to a positive kitchen culture.;
Additional Expectations:
Demonstrate flexibility by performing other duties as assigned; lift up to 50 lbs; stand for extended periods; maintain attendance and reliability.
