Front of House Team Member

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Front-of-House Team Member to join our team. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the front of house.

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Keep the dining and front-of-house areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work closely with other team members to provide a great guest experience
• Follow all food safety, health, and company policies
• Handle customer questions and concerns with a positive attitude

• Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
