We are currently hiring talented culinary professionals to join our team in several exciting venues, including Baleen, our award-winning fine dining restaurant, the Members-Only Beach Club Dining Room, and our Banquet Culinary Team. Whether preparing elevated fine dining cuisine, serving our exclusive club members, or supporting memorable special events and banquets, you will play an important role in our culinary success.

Requirements

• Set up workstations with required tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
• Review production schedules and par levels to ensure proper preparation.
• Transport supplies from storage areas and stock designated workstations.
• Prepare and produce menu items needed for daily operations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings and daily specials to ensure the highest quality products are served.
• Ensure organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of all work areas and kitchen equipment.
• Support banquet events and employee dining operations as needed.

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Banquet Cook, or in a similar culinary role preferred.
• Strong understanding of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Must be able to walk, lift up to 25 poinds, and bend and stoop as needed
• Ability to work at times in a heated kitchen.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
