Gun Store Salesman

This is a full-time on-site role based in Naples, FL. As a Gun Store Sales Associate, you will assist customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales transactions, maintaining an organized inventory, replenishing stock, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local firearm laws. The role also involves educating customers on firearm safety, training programs, and accessory options, while maintaining a safe and secure store environment.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address customer inquiries and provide excellent service standards
• Experience in Retail Sales and proficiency in building customer relationships to drive transactions
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage inventory and ensure a neat and orderly store environment
• Ability to participate in and provide Training sessions regarding firearm products and safety protocols
• Knowledgeable in firearm safety, local and federal gun laws, and the sport shooting/hunting industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in firearms handling is beneficial
• Must pass any applicable background checks as required by law
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
