Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

The Key Holder supports store management and their store team by delivering sales plans through effective execution of sales and operational tasks.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds monthly sales and KPI goals
  • Develops new clients and enhances business
  • Maintains client book (CRM), generates sales through appointments, consignment, and follow-up
  • Captures client data to build relationships
  • Performs outreach to connect with clients regularly
  • Demonstrates strong product knowledge and stays updated on trends
  • Upholds brand and relationship values
  • Promotes promotional programs and marketing events
  • Completes projects and store priorities timely
  • Maintains professionalism and teamwork
  • Communicates effectively in-person, phone, email, and written formats
  • Acts as manager on duty when scheduled
  • Ensures POS procedures are accurate and performed correctly
  • Handles store opening and closing tasks
  • Resolves client issues efficiently
  • Collaborates with management and partners as needed
  • Maintains store cleanliness and organization
  • Supports visual merchandising standards
  • Assists with inventory management and promotions
  • Follows company policies and safety regulations
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Maintains professionalism and teamwork
    • Adheres to policies and safety regulations
    • May require less than 20% travel and extended hours
    Supervisory Responsibilities

    This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

    Interacts with all levels including customers, employees, and vendors.

    Minimum Qualifications Competencies
    • Leadership, motivation, results orientation, communication, client focus, teamwork, optimism, honesty, professionalism, adaptability, embracing change, solutions orientation, thoroughness, organization
    Education/Experience
    • 2-5 years retail sales experience, luxury experience preferred
    • Exemplary selling and clienteling skills
    • Computer skills:
      Word, Excel, Outlook, POS systems
    Physical Demands
    • Standing, walking, squatting, climbing ladders/stairs, lifting up to 40 pounds
    Work Environment

    Majority of shift involves client interaction. Must support varied hours including nights, days, weekends.

    May involve some travel, and responsibilities may be reassigned as needed.
