Job Summary

Zipfizz is seeking enthusiastic Brand Promoters to represent the brand at Costco, Sam’s Club, event locations and promote its energy drink products. The position offers a flexible schedule with competitive compensation including hourly wages and commissions.

• Represent and promote the Zipfizz brand at various retail and event locations.
• Engage with customers, educate them about products, and perform product demos.
• Drive sales by encouraging purchases and answering customer questions.
• Maintain well-stocked and organized displays.
• Assist with in-store promotions and events to boost visibility.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation to events and work locations.
• Ability to transport company‑provided supplies.
• Smartphone for communication.
• Outgoing personality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work 7‑hour shifts on your feet, engaging with customers.
• Ability to learn and recite product scripts.

Base hourly wage: $20/hour. Additional commission and flat hourly rates are based on number of boxes sold per day.

• Piece rate per box sold (regular price):
• Limited Edition: $1.50 per box
• Combo Pack: $1 per box
• Flat rate hourly pay for 70+ boxes sold (regular price):
• 70-79 boxes: $32/hour
• 80-89 boxes: $33/hour
• 90-99 boxes: $34/hour
• 100+ boxes: $35/hour
• Piece rate per box sold (sale):
• Limited Edition: $1 per box
• Combo Pack: $0.50 per box
• Flat rate hourly pay for 70+ boxes sold (sale):
• 70-79 boxes: $28/hour
• 80-89 boxes: $29/hour
• 90-99 boxes: $30/hour
• 100+ boxes: $31/hour

• No commission on training days.
• No commission if working less than a 4‑hour shift.
• Commission based on warehouse confirmed sales.
• No commission if selling fewer than 20 boxes at regular price or fewer than 30 boxes during a sale.
