Key Responsibilities
- Food & Beverage Preparation:
Make coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks; assemble sandwiches, wraps, and other grab-and-go items; warm up ready-to-eat foods. - Cashiering:
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process credit/debit transactions, handle cash, make change, and process gift cards or certificates. - Inventory Management:
Keep the market stocked using First In, First Out (FIFO) methods; monitor expiration dates; ensure adequate merchandise supply. - Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, answer menu and product questions, assist with purchases, and ensure high guest satisfaction. - Area Maintenance:
Keep the market and adjacent seating areas clean, organized, and guest-ready. - Merchandise Support:
Demonstrate knowledge of products, styling, and pricing; wrap and pack orders for shipping when required.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- POS system experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Full-Time & PT Available;
Varies: 6:30 am - 12: PM, 7 days a week
