Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth and consistently achieve performance targets.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting.
• Deliver an exceptional and engaging customer experience.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Background in specialty retail, beauty, or luxury environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
