Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support the operational and sales needs of the business.
• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
• Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
• Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.
• Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

Position Type:
Part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt.

Location:

In‑store at a Lilly Pulitzer retail location.

Given the seasonality of the business, the position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and to comply with Lilly Pulitzer policies and the detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

The position is reviewed annually.
