Pay: $23.00 per hour. 20 hours per week:
Friday 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.

• Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products, ensuring an interactive and informed shopping experience.
• Serve as go‑to person for customers seeking information on Meta products.
• Train retail associates on new AI apps and tools.
• Build relationships within a retail environment and maintain a technology‑first mindset.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Participate in high‑traffic weekend shifts as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Fast‑paced teamwork ability.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone with iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 OS or equivalent.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and carry up to 20 lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation for scheduled visits.
