• Support overall sales, staff, merchandise and customer service, promoting a sales culture to build productivity and passion for the brand.
• Ensure all internal and external customers receive exemplary service and a positive store/brand experience.
• Meet sales goals and continuously motivate sales staff; support the development of associates’ sales techniques ensuring utilization of elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales.
• Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and support the selling floor; collaborate with management to identify marketing opportunities to support sales.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop events/incentives that will grow the customer base, especially building local market.
• Ensure staff maintains highest level of customer service to achieve World Class Service standards.
• Maintain constant client communication through client books and database.
• Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Assist sales associates with various customer service issues, such as dissatisfied customers, returns and defective merchandise.
• Empower associates to make decisions in the customer’s best interest that support the company’s philosophy.

• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Uses first‑hand customer information for improvements in products and services.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays and reports to work on time.
• Ability to support management with supervision of scheduled staff in the store.
• Holds Store Key.
