Counter Sales Representative

Job Overview

As a Counter Sales Representative you serve as a key face‑to‑face contact for our customers, selling merchandise to walk‑in customers and fulfilling will‑call orders. The role requires product knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment.

• Learn Graybar’s products through self‑study, training classes, and on‑the‑job learning.
• Place, arrange, and maintain merchandise in the counter area.
• Sell merchandise to walk‑in customers and manage will‑call (pickup) orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Be active in the warehouse, including operating equipment safely and using PPE.

• Enthusiasm for customer service.
• Effective communication skills to understand customer needs.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks and safely operate equipment.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.

Starting at $19.50 per hour, depending on experience.
