Job Overview

Full‑time Retail Sales Associate (Samsung Experience Consultant) in Best‑Buy store at 524 Naples, FL 34109. Regular work location and pay based on hours worked.

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung mobile products and services to customers.
• Use conversational consulting sales techniques to uncover customer needs and recommend fitting Samsung products.
• Build confidence among customers and Best‑Buy staff in Samsung products and services as a brand evangelist.
• Partner with Best‑Buy associates to achieve key initiatives and store sales goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales quotas each month.
• Ensure compliance with retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Perform daily display resets, product launches, and complete accurate sales reporting.
• Provide excellent customer and client service to both customers and Best‑Buy employees.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Daily accurate reporting of sales and retail insights.
• Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quota and goals.
• Maintain high customer/client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferable six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of Samsung products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high-demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour.
• Bonus paid quarterly.
• Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
• Paid training completed online, at home.
