Kirkland's - - Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers using Kirkland’s customer service model and assist with operations and merchandising as directed by management.;
Flex into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets, and cleaning to drive sales growth.;
Support in-store and online (ship to store) shopping experiences and maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.;
Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and uphold Kirkland’s values in interactions with customers and colleagues.;
Assist with duties as necessary to support store operations and store goals.
