Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates spend their day shopping for customers and filling online orders. The position is fast‑paced, requiring involvement in all departments. You will dispense orders, engage customers during the dispensing process, and occasionally assist in‑store customers. The pace can intensify during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.
