AE - Brand Ambassador; Sales Associate

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life each day. Your goal is to provide every customer who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of the company and be proud of it. You love our products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest.

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends‑first mindset.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions that fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You adapt to any zone—sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room or stockroom—depending on the store’s needs.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You support your teammates and assist them in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, following all AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available during peak shopping times, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
