Position: 8129 - Assistant Store Manager PT
Lids - 1832 Tamiami Trail North - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates using training programs, goal setting, and follow-up;
Administer disciplinary steps as needed;
Engage team to create a fun, productive environment aligned with company objectives;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel;
Ensure compliance with company policies and dress code;
Lead customer experience by executing selling strategy to meet KPIs and sales targets;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations in the moment;
Encourage participation in Lids membership programs;
Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness;
Maintain professional appearance per dress code;
Execute store operations and adhere to Policies & Procedures Manual;
Maintain store technology and equipment and conduct daily audits;
Manage cash handling, opening/closing tills, counterfeit protection, and bank drops;
Prepare store for inventory audits and support as needed;
Open and close the store following Operations procedures
