Position: Inside Account Representative

The Inside Account Representative for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) organization delivers results and provides exceptional customer service to our partners.

In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts. The position owns the daily contact with these accounts, driving revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. You should be seasoned and capable of handling complex customer issues.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage customer and territory Profit & Loss.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking to successfully manage growth and profitability of the assigned territory.

  • Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling.

  • Coordinate with the field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and deliver Q  presentations.

  • Identify business growth opportunities through research and execute growth plans for the sales territory.

  • Maintain knowledge of customers within the assigned territory and build relationships at all purchasing, sales, and operational levels.

  • Align with vendor management to introduce, drive, and execute goals, and coordinate customer engagement with Finance and Purchasing.

  • Build and maintain detailed account profiles for each customer and identify opportunities to add TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.

  • Identify potential issues and challenges, providing timely visibility to Inside Account Executives.

  • Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegate repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.

  • Travel attend TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary.

  • Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.

  • Maintain relationships at all levels with customers.

  • Possess a basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives and provide value propositions to the customer base.

  • Use project management skills to complete customer requests.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • 4‑year degree and 1‑3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

  • Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.

  • Strong data entry skills.

  • Complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making abilities.

  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Fluency in English and another local/regional language.

  • Skillful negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Adaptability to change and high‑stress environments.

  • Commitment to ethical and organizational standards.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to multi‑task effectively.

  • Confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Ability to collaborate and build solid relationships with others.

  • Sensitivity to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Intermediate computer system and application skills.

Working Conditions:
  • Professional office environment.

  • Occasional non‑standard hours or overtime as business requires.

  • Frequent travel desired (10%).
