We are looking for a motivated Insurance Account Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join our Naples, FL agency. This full-time, on-site role combines client relationship management with proactive inside sales, ensuring both exceptional service and business growth. In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, balancing day-to-day account servicing with strategic sales initiatives. You will help clients optimize coverage, manage renewals, and identify opportunities for cross‑selling or new business development—all while supporting the agency's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management:
Maintain and service a dedicated book of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention - Inside Sales & Growth:
Respond to inbound leads, perform outbound prospecting, and identify opportunities to expand coverage within existing accounts - Policy Administration:
Prepare accurate insurance quotes, process applications, handle endorsements, and manage all policy documentation - Renewals & Retention:
Lead renewal reviews and remarketing efforts to maintain high retention rates and competitive coverage placement - Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, billing questions, coverage changes, and claims support - Data Management:
Keep detailed, up-to-date client records and follow‑up logs within the Agency Management System (AMS) to ensure accuracy and compliance - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal team members to coordinate workflow, support sales initiatives, and improve operational efficiency
- Proven experience in Insurance Account Management, Inside Sales, or a high-volume agency environment
- Active 2‑20 or 4‑40 Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain licensure
- Strong knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products, carriers, and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent relationship‑building and client‑facing communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up abilities
