Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Millwork, Doors & Windows

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling millwork, doors, and windows to builders and contractors. The ideal candidate will have an active book of business and strong relationships within the construction industry, with a preference for experience selling to multi-family builders. This role requires a self-motivated, results-driven professional who can build and maintain long-term client partnerships and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and developers, focusing on millwork, doors, and windows.
- Deliver exceptonal customer service.
- Provide expert product knowledge and solutions tailored to the needs of multi-family and single-family builders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.
- Minimum 4-5 years of outside sales experience in millwork, doors, and windows.
- Proven track record with an active book of business local to the Southeast Atlanta metro area.
- Strong relationships and experience selling to multi-family builders is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
