We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in our kitchen cabinet wholesale business. This is a results‑driven, field‑based role focused on building pipelines, winning new business, and growing accounts within an assigned territory. This position is not designed for order-taking or inbound‑only sales. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their territory, actively prospects, and consistently closes business.
WhatYou Will Be Responsible For
- Proactively generating new business for your branch
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting
- Growing existing accounts through upselling, cross‑selling, and project expansion
- Meeting customers in person to present solutions, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Managing pricing and gross margin responsibly
- Working closely with your Branch Manager to align sales efforts with branch goals
- Accurately tracking all activity, opportunities, and pipeline in Hub Spot (CRM discipline is required)
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure successful execution
- Consistently generating and closing new opportunities
- Maintaining a healthy, visible pipeline (3× monthly target)
- Driving approximately $2.0M+ in annual sales with a healthy margin
- Converting quotes to orders at a strong, consistent rate
- Operating independently with minimal supervision
- Maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date CRM data
- Proven outside B2B sales professionals
- Comfortable prospecting and creating new opportunities
- Confident in pricing, negotiation, and closing
- Disciplined, accountable, and results‑oriented
- Motivated by performance‑based compensation
- Comfortable being measured by clear KPIs
- Inbound‑only or order‑taking sales roles

- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Background in wholesale cabinetry, construction, or building materials industry preferred
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Uncapped commission tied to performance and margin
