Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales Consultant who enjoys working directly with customers to help them discover wellness solutions tailored to their needs and enhance their lives. You’ll be a key player in ensuring every client’s experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Responsibilities:

Achieve membership sales goals

Gain in-depth knowledge of our menu of services (Don’t worry—we’ll train you!)Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests

Build lasting relationships with clients

Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Clearly communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients

Maintain spa cleanliness and uphold our high standards

Bring a positive, energetic attitude

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and complete administrative tasks

Perform additional duties as assigned
