The Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative
, you’ll meet with pre-qualified leads and help homeowners design and purchase bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs.
- Pre-qualified, scheduled appointments (no cold calling)
- Uncapped commission structure
- Typical earnings: $150,000 – $250,000+ per year
- Flexible schedule
- Ongoing training and support
- Conduct in-home sales presentations using digital tools
- Design customized bath solutions
- Provide pricing and close sales
- Attend weekly training sessions
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred (in-home sales a plus)
- Bath or home improvement industry experience is a strong plus
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and results-driven
