Overview

We are looking for a motivated real estate sales agent who is passionate about making the home-selling/buying experience great. Our leads system, smart technology, and training will help you grow quickly and achieve success.

Compensation

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Gather local community information to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Always be consulting by providing your clients with your best service and advice to nurture relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Prospect and generate leads by taking an active role in lead generation to convert potential clients into successful closings; utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and social media, to expand the client base and maximize sales opportunities
  • Nurture and convert leads by developing relationships and guiding them through the buying process to ensure a successful closing
  • Conduct property research and showings; stay informed about the local real estate market, including current inventory, pricing trends, and neighborhood developments; match clients with suitable listings and schedule/show properties
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive buying experience for clients; respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information throughout the process

  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

  • Proven track record of sales success; demonstrate ability to close deals and achieve outstanding results, highlighting sales achievements and successful client relationships, provide verifiable evidence of real estate sales in the last 18 months is a plus
