Position Overview

Auto Spa Naples is looking for one Sales Associate to join the team. Our Ideal candidate is attentive, motivated and hard working. As the first face our customers see, you are the "quarterback" of our team. You aren’t just selling car washes; you are educating drivers on the value of our wash and detail packages and premium upgrades to ensure they always drive a clean, protected vehicle.

• Drive Sales: Warmly greet every customer and identify the customers needs

  Expertly explain the benefits of various wash packages, chemicals, and technology to help customers make the best decision for their vehicle
• Maintain Brand Standards: Help keep the facility "sparkling" by maintaining clean vacuum areas and lobby spaces during downtime.

• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets; experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• High Energy: A naturally outgoing personality with the stamina to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain a positive attitude year-round.
• Communication: Strong "people skills" (emotional intelligence) to handle customer objections calmly and professionally.
• Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts and holidays.

• Earnings Potential: Competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commission—many of our top sales pros earn significantly more than their base pay.
