• Meet with prospective customers to discuss pool design, features, budgets, and project goals.
• Conduct on‑site consultations and evaluate property conditions.
• Develop and present pool design concepts and proposals.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and referral partners.
• Educate customers on construction processes, timelines, and available options.
• Coordinate with design, permitting, and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production.
• Track all sales activities, communications, and opportunities within company systems.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.

• Sales experience preferred (construction, pools, related industries a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of construction and design concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, email, CRM systems, and mobile technology.
