Fitness Sales Specialist

D1 Training Naples is looking for a motivated Fitness Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with prospective athletes and members, guide them through their fitness journey, and help them find the right training solutions to reach their goals.

What You'll Do
- Connect with new leads through inbound and outbound calls, texts, and follow-up communications
- Respond quickly to inquiries and schedule free consultations
- Build relationships with prospective members and guide them through the sales process
- Identify individual goals and recommend the training programs and services that best fit their needs
- Maintain accurate client records and notes within our CRM system
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and membership goals
- Deliver a positive, high-energy experience that reflects the D1 culture and brand
What We're Looking For
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and self-motivated personality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
- 1+ year of sales experience required
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Fitness industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads daily
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
