Position: Sales Manager (Bilingual)

We are Aaron’s, an industry leader in the sales and lease‑to‑own retail industry. We offer a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Manager role focused on customer service, sales, and operations.

Sales Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Salary range: $17.00 to $17.75 per hour/annually. Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and close agreements.
  • Process renewal payments and maintain showroom floors.
  • Build long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
  • Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
  • Assist General Manager with operational functions.
  • Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Aptitude for marketing.
  • Desire to make a difference for customers.
  • Age 21 (18 in Canada).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Two years of college or previous management experience (preferred).
  • Valid state Driver’s License and DOT certification (U.S.).
  • Flexible schedule between 8 am and 9 pm.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and 300 lbs with a dolly.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
