Part-Time Sales Associate

Position Overview

Job Title:

Sales Associate. Job Type: Regular Brand Strategy.

• Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs of the business.
• Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including its lifestyle, client base, merchandise, and heritage.
• Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure a positive client experience.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication with clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Help maintain visual and operational standards set by Visual and Retail Operations teams.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Embrace and exhibit Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Ability to move around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.

This part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position is based In‑Store at a Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. Due to the seasonality of the business, flexible working hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires collaboration with others in alignment with Core Values and compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook. The position is reviewed annually.
