Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a full-time inside sales specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be following up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow up on inquiries, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database. The primary outcome of your role is to secure at least 20‑25 qualified appointments per month.
This position offers a solid base salary plus bonus and commission that can take your salary beyond $50,000.

Top3 Results for the Position
- Produce and schedule a minimum of 4–5 qualified appointments per week with our Physical Therapists (20–24 per month minimum)
- Maintain 100% accuracy in the company’s database
- Metrically follow the company’s inside sales process, including tracking and reporting key metrics, updating records appropriately, and following scripts
- Follow up on leads that have come in using the company’s lead follow‑up process to qualify them, update their information in the CRM, and ultimately schedule a consult where appropriate
- Make 20–40 outbound calls per day to follow up on various marketing campaigns to schedule a consultation and/or call on leads that have been generated to schedule a consultation
- Call and confirm consultation appointments to reduce no‑shows
- Assist in scheduling clients who request to reschedule or cancel or who no‑show for their appointment (consult)
- Prepare and send the company’s “Shock and Awe” materials to prospects that have booked a new consultation
- Update all records in the company’s CRM with accurate and complete information, keeping good records of conversations and updating the status of leads accurately
- Use the company’s database and other resources to find prospects and set appointments for outside community events
- Assist in any manner possible the staffing of outside events, including working the product table or the registration desk, customer service and assisting in the production of the event
- Learn all products, price points and promotions to assist in closing sales
- Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized, ensuring all fields are updated correctly in the database
- Excellent project and time‑management skills
- Ability to work to meet deadlines, often under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use Google Docs, Microsoft Office and willingness to learn our CRM and Practice Management systems
- Have at least one year experience in a successful inside sales position
- Be extremely detail oriented and appreciate people who take an organized, systematic approach to achieving success

- Competitive base salary of $15 per hour ($31,200 annually)
- Bonus/Commission structure that will take annualized pay well past $50,000
