Pay: $19.00 per hour based on location and experience

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (Up to 14 Hours Per Week)

As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage customers in a classy and stylish manner, showcasing the latest HP PC and accessory features. You will apply training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring new and dynamic innovations to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience. By building relationships with store associates and communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth and increase unit sales within the premium market segment.

• Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big‑box retail store
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)
• Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation
• Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness
• Report competitive insights and track performance

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest suitable products
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services
• Build customer confidence and help them make selections
• Accurately document and report sales
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately

• Consistent weekend schedule
• Next day pay on-demand with Daily Pay
• Friday, Saturday, or Sunday availability
• Paid training completed online

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1‑year job experience required
• Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products in a hands‑on manner
• Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs during the selling process
• Retail experience or customer service experience a plus
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
