• Help guests design a home they'll love
• Engage and present various home furnishings and service options
• Navigate large showrooms and be on your feet 8 hours a day
• Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options
• Convert customer interactions into successful sales
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries
• Prospect and manage accounts
• Maintain neatness of the showroom for a welcoming customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other KPIs set by management
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Continue professional development

This is a commission‑driven position with uncapped earning potential. After your first year, you can expect to make a minimum of $65,000 if you hit your targets, with the potential to earn up to $200,000 or more.

Required:

• High‑School Degree or GED equivalent
• 40‑hour per week, full‑time schedule; flexible to evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, iPad use for training, transactions, and inventory checks)
• Ability to guide customers in a large showroom environment for extended periods of time
