Base salary, guarantee plus unlimited commission, paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO and more! Our sales reps average income is $65,064. Top 17% over $90,000 for the year.

• Build relationships and generate new business in your assigned territory.
• Prospect and generate new commercial customers.
• Conduct property inspections and recommend service solutions.
• Prepare quotes and close sales in the field.
• Manage and grow your sales territory.
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up.

• Company vehicle + gas card.
• Uncapped commission + base pay.
• Earnings potential: $70K–$92K+ annually.
• Paid training program (no industry experience required).

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Sales experience preferred (outside sales, service, or customer‑facing roles).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday + some Saturdays as needed.
• Local travel within assigned territory.
