Arthrex is searching for a District Sales Manager-Arthroplasty to manage and lead initiatives within our Shoulder, Knee, and Hip Arthroplasty product lines. Arthroplasty continues to be an exciting, high growth area for Arthrex as we provide physicians and their patients market leading solutions through a broad and diverse portfolio, now including Corin.

The successful candidate will build relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to help drive our strategies and continued market growth. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills in addition to five years or more of related experience and a bachelor’s degree are essential for this position.

The position does require travel outside SWFL n our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.

Main Objective:

The District Sales Manager-Arthroplasty will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Shoulder and Lower Extremity Arthroplasty sales performance, surgeon engagement, product training, and strategic initiatives within the Arthrex Naples District.

This individual will partner closely with District Leadership, sales representatives, surgeons, facility administrators, and corporate Arthroplasty leadership to accelerate growth, drive new technology adoption, and establish Arthrex as the preferred arthroplasty partner throughout the district.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the district Arthroplasty business strategy in alignment with district, regional, and national objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and quota attainment across Shoulder Arthroplasty and Lower Extremity Arthroplasty product portfolios.
  • Partner with District Manager and sales representatives to identify growth opportunities, surgeon conversions, and new account development opportunities.
  • Support surgeon evaluations, product trials, and conversion initiatives while assisting representatives in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Serve as the district expert on all Arthroplasty products, procedures, technologies, and clinical applications.
  • Train, coach, and develop sales representatives on Arthroplasty products, procedural knowledge, competitive positioning, and sales strategy.
  • Lead the launch and adoption of new Arthroplasty technologies and product introductions within the district.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, administrators, supply chain leaders, and key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Regional Leadership, District Leadership, and Arthroplasty leadership on strategic account initiatives, contracting opportunities, and large system conversions.
  • Support pricing strategy, proposal development, and value-based selling initiatives within key accounts.
  • Identify, develop, and engage Key Opinion Leaders to support local education, peer-to-peer training, and technology adoption.
  • Gather and communicate competitive intelligence, market trends, customer feedback, and product development opportunities.
  • Support cadaver labs, surgeon education programs, bioskills training, and customer-facing educational events.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity tracking, and business visibility for district leadership.
  • Lead district Arthroplasty business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to accelerate growth and market penetration.
  • Partner with Product Management and National Arthroplasty Leadership to communicate field needs, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, innovation, and customer partnership.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
