Naples Nissan INFINITI is looking for a motivated Used Vehicle Salesperson to join our pre‑owned sales team in Naples, Florida. Our dealership serves customers across Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and nearby Southwest Florida communities with a customer‑first, transparent, and professional buying experience.

We offer a broad pre‑owned inventory, including Nissan, INFINITI, Certified Pre‑Owned, and other popular domestic, import, and luxury brands. The right candidate will know how to build trust quickly, listen carefully, and guide customers toward vehicles that fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle.

The Used Vehicle Salesperson is responsible for welcoming customers, identifying their needs, presenting vehicle options, demonstrating features, conducting test drives, following up with leads, and helping close vehicle sales while delivering excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, organized, comfortable using CRM tools, and committed to long‑term customer relationships.

• Greet walk‑in, phone, internet, and referral customers promptly and professionally.
• Ask strong discovery questions to understand customer needs, budget, trade‑in goals, financing preferences, and timing.
• Present pre‑owned vehicle options and explain features, condition, market value, warranties, protection products, and available dealership advantages.
• Conduct professional test drives and demonstrate vehicle technology, safety features, and ownership benefits.
• Maintain accurate customer notes, appointments, follow‑up tasks, and activity updates in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads, unsold showroom traffic, sold customers, and prior customers to build repeat and referral business.
• Work closely with sales managers, finance managers, and inventory leadership to structure deals and support a smooth purchase experience.
• Stay current on used inventory, pricing changes, vehicle history reports, competitive market conditions, and manufacturer product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, appointment, follow‑up, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Represent Naples Nissan INFINITI with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to a no‑pressure customer experience.

• Prior automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or commission‑based sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, texting tools, and digital retailing or lead management platforms.
• Ability to learn vehicle features, financing basics, trade‑in process, and dealership procedures.
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to pass dealership pre‑employment screening requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
