If you have a cheerful attitude, a strong sales drive, and a passion for community building, we want you on our team!

• Drive the Leasing Lifecycle: Guide prospective residents from their initial tour of our open-concept floor plans to a seamless move-in experience, closing the sale, completing lease paperwork, and inspecting ready units.
• Be a Community Expert: Highlight the unique value of our features—like private entries, vaulted ceilings, and quartz countertops—while connecting residents to the prime North Naples location near Mercato and local beaches.
• Get Creative with Marketing: Execute online posts, social media strategies, and local outreach to drive traffic to the property.
• Support Occupancy & Retention: Follow up consistently with future residents and nurture long‑term relationships through exceptional, responsive customer service.
• Collaborate & Keep Things Shining: Work with your teammates to plan resident events and ensure our clubhouse, model units, and gorgeous community grounds always look top‑notch.
• Handle Operations Smoothly: Manage application processing, lease documentation, and assist management with accurate record‑keeping and rent collection support.

• A cheerful, customer‑first attitude that lights up the office.
• Tech‑savviness with the ability to quickly learn and navigate property management software.

• Bachelor’s degree
