Shift schedule and compensationSHIFT:
Wednesday through Sunday, 3:45 PM - 12:00 AM. COMPENSATION: $24.50 per hour. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: $1.50, from 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM.

What will you do?- Defuse guest profanity, investigate incidents, and compose clear written reports
- Enforce rules and regulations established by the NYS Racing and Wagering Board and the NYS Lottery
- Schedule shifts under management direction, ensure timely breaks, and supervise all team member activities
- Train new and current team members, manage disciplinary matters, and uphold quality performance standards
- Enforce all departmental, organizational, and alcohol service policies while completing opening, closing, and end‑of‑shift paperwork
- Prepare and distribute incident reports, manage exclusion paperwork, track Key Watcher keys, and run associated reports
- Operate a motorized vehicle as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Criminal justice, military, or law enforcement background is a plus
- Previous supervisor experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license, pass an MVR check, and take a drug test
- Must be a New York State Certified Security Guard and have the ability to be licensed by New York State Lottery and New York State Racing and Wagering
- Intermediate computer skill
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
