Security Officer Armed Patrol

Position: Security Officer Armed Patrol Role
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or public sector contacts;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials, observing for suspicious behavior, and following post orders related to restricted or public access areas;
Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site requirements, using sound judgment during patrols, calls for service, and/or interactions with the public
