Overnight Security Officer

Pyramid Global Hospitality invites qualified candidates to apply for the Security Officer position at Naples Grande Beach Resort, a prestigious property of the Pyramid portfolio, located in Naples, Florida.

The Security Officer ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and the property. Responsibilities include maintaining safety policies, preventing crime, responding to emergencies, and supporting other departments.

• Carry out safety policies and procedures of the property and Benchmark.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for guests and associates.
• Conduct preventive patrols and maintain high visibility of security throughout premises on a timely schedule.
• Promote and preserve peace on premises, ensuring a comfortable and non‑threatening environment.
• Aid individuals in danger of physical harm or in need of medical attention.
• Respond to emergencies per the Emergency Service Procedures.
• Assure security of guest and employee information in written reports and general operations.
• Complete all Daily Activity and Incident Reports.
• Assist in compliance with Liquor Laws and in developing security programs.
• Review and edit written records produced by Security Officers.
• Assist in other job classifications as directed by immediate superior.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Preferred: prior hospitality/purchasing experience.
• Preferred: at least two years of security or police experience (military or civilian), preferably with exposure to a hotel environment.
• Preferred: at least two years of college in a safety, security, or hospitality related discipline.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• First Aid/CPR certification (instructor rating preferred).
• High quality written and oral communication skills.

Salary: $18 - $18 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
