Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities within an educational location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify concerns;
Monitor access points and activity, document observations, and report security issues to appropriate contacts;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, including armed presence as required by post orders;
Support campus operations during high-traffic periods, special events, and emergency situations per post instructions and client protocols
