Kalea Bay Property Owners Association | Naples, Florida Join our team at Kalea Bay Property Owners Association We are currently seeking a Flex/Shift Coverage Privacy Guard to provide gatehouse coverage for a series of open shifts. This temporary/as-needed assignment is ideal for a dependable, service-oriented professional with security or gatehouse experience.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities(Other duties may be assigned.)
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival at the entrance gate; provide directions as needed.
- Greet and assist vendors, contractors, and realtors.
- Verify that all individuals entering the community have proper authorization and permissions to enter.
- Review reports and logs and follow up on incidents as directed by the Security Director.
- Patrol the property, when assigned, looking for suspicious activity or potential hazards.
- Monitor security systems and alert the Community Control Director of any suspicious activity or persons.
- Respond to guest requests promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Maintain resident databases and community records.
- Maintain and issue barcode and gate access stickers.
- Maintain patrol vehicle operation and cleanliness.
- Assist guests and employees during emergencies by contacting 911 and notifying appropriate individuals or authorities in the event of accidents, incidents, or other emergencies. Complete detailed incident reports as required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in security, gatehouse operations, privacy, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of privacy and access control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school Graduate or Equivalent
- Must possess a valid Driver's License

- Monday, September 28 | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Tuesday, September 29 | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday, October 3 | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday, October 4 | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Monday, October 5 | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Tuesday, October 6 | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday, October 10 | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Sunday, October 11 | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Monday, October 12 | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
