Tower Technician II

Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time employee for a Tower Technician II, in our Raleigh, N.C. location. • Perform inspections, tower mappings and post construction inspections on telecommunication towers.
• Ability to travel up to 2-3 weeks at a time.
• Must have a labor-intensive attitude and be capable of climbing towers, water tanks or rooftops, and the physical ability and willingness to scan, probe, dig and drill to obtain foundation dimensions and steel reinforcement on guyed, SST, and Monopole Towers
• Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner.
• Adhere to all company and industry standard/regulations (OSHA, COMTRAIN, etc.)

• Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work.

• One year general construction experience preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of Tower Technician/Climbing experience required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results oriented.
• Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
