• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols.
• Purchase and manage spare parts inventory as needed.
• Monitor and adhere to safety and regulatory compliance standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
• Assist in the installation and upgrading of systems and equipment.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus.
