HVAC Service Technician

All Year Cooling is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Naples for a year-round position. This role entails working 40+ hours per week on residential and light commercial air conditioning systems. Our fast-paced company caters to customers across South Florida and the Naples area, offering expert technical support from service management and an efficient dispatch team.

• Work 40+ hours per week on residential and light commercial air conditioning systems in Naples and South Florida.
• Support service management and dispatch teams to deliver timely and effective technical service.
• Contribute to a high-volume installation environment.

• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Proficiency in working on various types of HVAC systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check
• Completion of a refrigeration or air conditioning mechanic’s apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Proficient in climbing, operating, and working on ladders
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Comfortable working independently
• Ownership and proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pressure gauges, vacuum pumps, torches, etc.
• Capable of physical labor such as lifting and hauling
• Maintaining a neat and professional appearance
• Positive attitude and willingness to resolve issues
• Availability to work 6 days a week, including nights and weekends (we are operational 7 days a week)

Pay Range: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on Experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, employees have the opportunity to make commissions.
