We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Irrigation Maintenance Technician. This position would be responsible for the installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of underground sprinkler systems. The role requires knowledge of underground sprinkler systems and physical abilities such as strength, manual dexterity, and wrist-finger movement. The irrigation technician performs detailed monthly inspections, notes deficiencies, and makes approved repairs as needed.

Troubleshooting and irrigation system retrofits knowledge are required.

Compensation
  • Competitive Pay: $45,000-$65,000 a year

Qualifications
  • Valid Florida driver’s license required
  • High School diploma / GED
  • Experience as an irrigation technician for 2-5 years
  • Two forms of
  • Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions if safe
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Conduct scheduled monthly irrigation inspections
  • Investigate and troubleshoot wiring issues
  • Upgrade existing irrigation systems as needed
  • Install new irrigation systems
  • Complete paperwork in an orderly and timely manner
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean, good working order
  • Communicate with managers daily before and after job completion
  • Work independently or on a team as required

This is a full‑time position. Salary commensurate with experience.
